Salary £40,000- £46,000 per annum

A global market leading FM company is looking to recruit an experienced Asset / PPM Manager to join their growing business. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage Asset & PPM and Sub-Contractor Management colleagues ensuring the provision of PPM schedules, maintaining an up-to-date Asset register.

Key responsibilities include: -

  • Manage the operational performance of the Asset & PPM and Sub-Contractor Managed Teams whilst striving for continued improvements
  • Manage a Team of 3 PPM office based staff and liaise with 3 Supervisor controlling over 45 Engineers, implementing all PPM schedules & distribute appropriate paperwork
  • Manage and maintain Asset Registers
  • Manage faulty maintained equipment line with PPM's and ensure cost efficient repairs
  • Constant liaison with Sub-Contractors regarding worksheets & reports and develop strong relationships

Candidates background and experience: -

  • Facilities Management background in hard services
  • Experience managing Sub-Contractors and maintaining Asset Register
  • Experience of managing and leading a team
  • Results focussed and able to take accountability
  • Flexible and self-motivated, willing to work flexible hours
  • Effective planner & ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship builder
