Multi Trader (Reactive Maintenance)
Mobile Position covering SW & SE areas of London.
Salary £28,000 per annum
Mon – Fri 8.00am – 4.00pm
Temp to Perm

Our client, a Large maintenance company managing a social housing contract, urgently require Multi Traders to join their busy team. The contract is covering the SW and SE postcodes.
- You will need to be competent & happy to do all multi trade skills, including a knowledge of the below;
- Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating etc.
- Managing a high volume of Reactive Maintenance jobs to undertake within specific time frames
- Provide high customer service with dealing with Residents/ Tenants
- Liaise with the planning team in regards to updates on work
Qualifications to include -
- Desirable NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Qualifications
Please note information for a security check (DBS) will be required prior to contract commencement
Previous experience within social housing is advantageous.
