Location; Crystal Palace
Salary; Up to £28,000

Working for a leading Facilities Maintenance Company on their Local Authority contract, we are urgently looking for a Building Facilities Handyperson / Qualified Plumber.

The main duties and responsibilities are;

A Plumber Handyman will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive tasks across SW London and Surrey
To carry out planned fabric maintenance work
To carry out corrective fabric work
To carry out reactive fabric work
To carry out plumbing work
Ensure compliance with contract KPI's and SLA's with the support of the Team Leader
Assist with all related Health & Safety matters

Qualifications:

Hold a recognised Plumbing qualification
Carpentry building general qualifications in building services
A robust understanding of Health and Safety is required
