Monday to Friday- 40 hrs

Working as a Senior Account Manager for an Established Facilities Maintenance company on a very high-profile contract based in Suffolk

Key role for the Senior Account Manger is to manage a delivery team of managers, supervisors, helpdesk and engineering to ensure the M&E, grounds and fabric maintenance and extra works are delivered on time, effectively and efficiently, maintaining compliance on all locations and driving service improvements as required.

Responsibilities for the Senior Account Manager;

  • Responsible for financial and operational delivery of the contract
  • Carry out contract monthly meetings with the client and end user
  • Complete and review monthly reporting data to be compiled by the administration team
  • Managing Supervisors and the delivery team
  • Liaise with the client on each contract location
  • Carry quality audits to assist the assurance quality Manager
  • Carry out safety audits and deliver staff and sub-contractor inductions, briefing's and tool box talks
  • Promote and drive the company values
  • Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change

Must be willing to go through a High level of security clearance
