DAILY RATE £260- £326 PER DAY (PAYE RATE)
Location; West London- (Goodge St)
Contract/ Interim
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs per week

Urgently recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical contract based in West London, the experienced Head of Technical Services Manager will be managing a large team of Multi skilled engineers and subcontractors on a large critical site,
The main day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead the delivery of Hard Services across the account. This will include the main PFI site and circa 10 other sites
- Ensure the roll out of the new Planet "CAFM" System is Implemented successfully, with a robust management strategy to ensure all assets are maintained with the correct level of compliance
- To assist in the development of the mobile technology solution ensuring that all maintenance staff are using handhelds
- To work closely with the Performance and Reporting Manager to ensure that the Account has excellent levels of productivity and engagement.
- To be commercially astute and ensure SLAs are consistently delivered against.
- To develop a constructive relationship with the PFI General Manager, which enables the most effective use of the maintenance resources within that building.
- Recruit and retain talent for the present delivery and future growth of Hard Services
- Carry out monthly and ad hoc review meetings covering all aspects of Compliance and Health & Safety.
Candidates must be suitably qualified with a recognised technical qualification in either a construction, mechanical or electrical discipline. Ideally to be Chartered
