Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance company are looking for a Carpenter Multi trader to join their rapidly growing team. Work would consist of going into occupied social housing properties in Ashford ,Kent to carry out repairs and maintenance works along with larger planned works.
The successful carpenter would ideally be able to carry out minor plastering and tiling repairs or another trade. This role is working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a temporary to permanent basis. The suitable Carpenter must be able to work from a PDA device that will monitor jobs as they are completed.
The successful carpenter will be subject to a DBS check and should hold a full UK Driving licence and have all of their own tools.
