Finance Assistant
Location; Solihull

Contract till 1st March 2019
Pay rate £9.00 - £11.00 per hour
Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week
Working for a large and well established Facilities Maintenance Company, within their National Finance Department. We are looking for an experience Finance Assistance / Administrator to join their busy team to assist demobilising the contract
The Ideal candidate will be overseeing all commercial and finance aspects of facilities management service delivery. manage the flow of chargeable works, ensure commercial principles are followed in line with the commercial contract, and support management in the achievement of business targets.
Responsibilities;- Review chargeable works quotations for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure that quotations are contractually compliant
- Complete work order status reporting
- Management of the recovery of all chargeable works
- Manage all supplier accreditation's and deactivation's
- Purchase order administration, including raising/approving of purchase orders
- Monitor purchase order processes
- Support month end accounting process
Candidates must have intermediate to advanced skills on computer systems,
Candidates must have a high level of attention to detail as the information inputted will be vital for the contract
