Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance contractor are looking for a contract administrator to join the rapidly growing busy team. The role will be based in the clients office in St. Albans and duties will include:- Maintain a good business relationship with clients and the general public.
- Respond and follow up on client correspondence.
- Updating and monitoring working master spreadsheet.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as delegated by the Contracts Manager.
- The successful contract administrator should have good customer service skills and ideally have planning experience within a maintenance department.
