Mechanical Engineer
Location; Central London
Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week
Hourly rate; £15.00 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical commercial contract based in Central London,
The Multi trade Mechanical Enginner will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on Mechanical/ Commercial Plumbing plant equipment They must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
Duties for the Multi trade Commercial Plumber
- Carrying out PPM’s and reactive work on Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage,
- Regular flushing across the building
- Complete PPM’s and reactive works on AHU’s, VAV’s, Motors, Pumps and HVAC
- Knowledge of BMS profile
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems
- Asbestos awareness
- Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in mechanical engineering/plumbing
