Soldering Operative
Greenwich SE10
42.5 hours per week
Ongoing contract
£9 - £11 per hour
You will be part of a team of Soldering Technicians that ensure efficient, safe and accurate assembly, soldering and testing of electronic coils and components. Your main priority will be to assemble printed circuit boards using surface mount and through hole soldering. You will also ensure IPC disciplines are adhered to and products are correctly built and tested.
You will follow engineering diagrams for sub assembly and wiring of all connections. High precision hand soldering and electrical wiring will be involved.
You must be able to commit to a two-week rotating shift pattern of two weeks of days and two weeks of nights. Day shifts will begin at 6am so you must be able to travel to site for then. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to these shifts.
