Locations; City of London

Temp – Perm OR Permanent

Salary; £30,000- £35,000 per annum

4 on 4 off – 7am to 7pm and 11am to 11pm

Urgently looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our static client based in London.

Duties

•             Working to PPM’s and Reactives

•             Undertake proactive checks / corrective actions

•             Carry out AP, CP, RP assessments & carryout tasks as per appointment.

Working on Building Management System, Control system, Air conditioning systems, Chillers – wet and dry systems, Pressure vessels, Air Handling Units, Heating systems, Pumps, Humidifiers Sprinkler Systems, Emergency lighting (Recording of Testing)

Qualifications or Required Experience:

•             18th Edition Wiring regs. Level 1,2,3

•             IPAF Certificated for 3a & 3b machines (Desirable)

•             Although not crucial a basic understanding of the L8 ACOP would also be beneficial

•             IOSH Managing safely or similar health and safety course

•             Knowledge of Integrated CAFM systems and hand held PDA’s.
