Customer Admin Advisor
Location; Coleshill
Hours; 0800 – 1700, Mon – Fri
Temp – Perm
Hourly rate; £9.23 per hour
Duties for the successful Customer Admin Advisor are as follows;
- Point of contact within the Business and Administration Team
- Dealing with Administration and Quote queries both internally and externally
- Help set up yearly service purchase orders and any ad-hoc purchase orders as required
- To deal with any requests and issues in the Administration and Quotes inbox and escalate where needed
- Approving labour records weekly
- Receipting purchase orders
- Responsible for keeping P-Card logs up to date and ensure prompt submission
- Contribute to reducing levels of Customer complaints.
- Run periodic and ad-hoc reports from the Launchpad system
- Raise new works orders within the CAFM system
- Contribute to submission of overtime sheets
- Update individual Quotes and actual Quotes Log
- Other Ad hoc administration duties as required
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Ordering stock, stationary and ppe for sites
- Completing monthly payment application for fixed and variable works and raising invoices to the client.
- Provide a flexible service and any ad-hoc duties as agreed with line Manager.
- Raise purchase orders and see through to receipting and invoicing.
- Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant in line with our audit schedule.
