Customer Admin Advisor

Location; Coleshill

Hours; 0800 – 1700, Mon – Fri

Temp – Perm

Hourly rate; £9.23 per hour

 

Duties for the successful Customer Admin Advisor are as follows;

  • Point of contact within the Business and Administration Team
  • Dealing with Administration and Quote queries both internally and externally
  • Help set up yearly service purchase orders and any ad-hoc purchase orders as required
  • To deal with any requests and issues in the Administration and Quotes inbox and escalate where needed
  • Approving labour records weekly
  • Receipting purchase orders
  • Responsible for keeping P-Card logs up to date and ensure prompt submission
  • Contribute to reducing levels of Customer complaints.
  • Run periodic and ad-hoc reports from the Launchpad system
  • Raise new works orders within the CAFM system
  • Contribute to submission of overtime sheets
  • Update individual Quotes and actual Quotes Log
  • Other Ad hoc administration duties as required
  • Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
  • Ordering stock, stationary and ppe for sites
  • Completing monthly payment application for fixed and variable works and raising invoices to the client.
  • Provide a flexible service and any ad-hoc duties as agreed with line Manager.
  • Raise purchase orders and see through to receipting and invoicing.
  • Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant in line with our audit schedule.
