Location: South London – Mobile (Vehicle provided)
Salary £28,000- £32,000 per annum

Recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management provider on a High Profile contract based in South London,
We are looking to identify an experienced Facilities Manager to assist the Account Manager to lead, direct & motivate all staff providing total facilities management (TFM) services, maintaining an excellent level of service delivery whilst ensuring financial budgets and commercial / SLA obligations are achieved.
You will be expected to build sustainable partnerships with customers and key stakeholders, To celebrate success and drive continuous improvement with the teams, develop staff and ensure all have been provided with the mandatory and best practice training required to enable them to have the capability to carry out their roles. To ensure billable elements are highlighted as soon as possible,
You will take part in term meetings and monthly meetings with client and produce monthly reports aiming to keep each site compliant and up to date with PPM’s.
Requirements include:
- Managing multi-site, cross functional, Hard FM, Soft FM or TFM
- Good financial acumen with a proven knowledge of budgetary control.
- Experience of risk assessment / management.
- Proven successful track record in project management and negotiation.
