Customer Liaison Officer

Rate – Hourly rate £ 13.37 - £14.98

Location – Dagenham (mobile role)

Candidates will be required to have a valid UK drivers licence and vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)

Temp to Perm

Hours 40 hrs week (flexibility required)

Customer Liaison Officer to join a Local Authority Contract based in the Barking and Dagenham area. Will be required to work within the office and to be mobile.

Duties of a Customer Liaison Officer –

  • Liaise with residents within the borough who will be affected by the projects undertaken by Housing including internal improvements.
  • Meet with all tenants having work carried out. Ensure they are given options, dates and timescales for the work, Record the options chosen by the tenants and effectively communicate this to the contractors and store the record in the works folder.
  • Work alongside contractors attending initial visits and Keeping contact throughout the works and then checking that they are satisfied that work is completed and all issues resolved.
  • Collect customer satisfaction via approved surveys.
  • Attend tenant and resident meetings - Flexibility requires out of hours.
  • Inputting and updating internal records
  • Support generic administration including phone cover for ongoing projects and related work.
