Helpdesk Administrator
Salary; Up to £18,000 per annum
Location; Worcester
Hours; 40 hours per week

Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator. This position is working in a large commercial building based in Worcester.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday on a Rotational Shift basis, 07:00 – 15:30 / 09:30 – 18:00.
Duties for the Helpdesk Administrator will include;
- Issue PO’s for quoted works and update the quote log
- Raise reactive works where required, make sure the log books are updated,
- Generate and schedule PPM
- Escalated client queries to sub-contractors and review the progress until works are completed to standard
- Delivering on call and out of hours phone service
- Ensure qualification registers are updated
- Generate client monthly report
The successful Helpdesk Administrator must have the following;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Skilled in Help Desk call processing
- Able to effectively plan, prioritise and allocate work
- Maximo skills would be ideal, however training can be provided
