We are looking for a commercial plumber who will be delivering a highly professional, customer focused service for our Swish client based in Lewisham, we are looking for a great commercial plumber to join their team.
The Commercial Plumbers will be working within a commercial environment on a local authority contract
Duties
Working towards PPM and reactive jobs directed by the helpdesk
Reporting all faults, servicing and maintenance tasks
Handling mechanical plant equipment within commercial properties (office blocks etc)
Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites within the site; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU's, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
Criteria
Candidates must be able to provide valid trade certificates prior to interviews!Full, Clean UK driving Licence
