Location: Solihull
Salary: £9ph
Hours: Monday - Friday
Date: Start Immediately
The role:
- To receive calls, log onto the FM Support System, pass jobs through to operational staff and report back to the customer
- Support the planned maintenance programme by scheduling jobs to PDAs and updating the systems
- Advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements, and to check validity of sub-contractors advice notes and invoices. Deal with invoice queries quickly and efficiently
- Assist with correspondence, reports, tenders, presentations, etc.
- Organise meetings for the Facilities Management team and take minutes
- Provide administrative support to the team, dealing with operational support procedures and all enquiries
- The working hours for the role are 8-hrs per day Monday - Friday between 08.00 am and 6.00 pm

The person:
- We are looking for someone with first class customer service skills ideally with experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team
