Commercial Manager
Location- East Central London (Docklands)
Salary £45,000- £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday- Friday, 40 hrs per week

Urgently looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our client's team on their new mobilised contract based in Central London. Looking for a financial savvy candidate to take on the newly mobilised highly sensitive government contract managing a small team,
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
Duties; not limited to,
- Managing a team of 4 including 2 finance analysts/assistants
- Work with sub-contractors/account managers in regards to pricing work, correct rates and documentation
- Understand/ implement what drives the P&L and present it monthly
- Input into the budgeting and forecasting
- To understand all assets/buildings
- Reporting to tight deadlines
Requirements;
- Good Financial Acumen
- FM Contract Experience( Public Sector as well as private)
