Planner/Scheduler
Location Coleshill
Fixed term contract 16/18 months
£25,500 - £27,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 0800-1700 - 40-hour week
An exciting opportunity for Planners/Schedulers has arisen working on an exciting portfolio based in their office in Coleshill.
Your main duties will be:
* Sending jobs/ locations to operatives via their PDA
* Liaise with clients to ensure works booked in
* Managing the Operatives diaries/calendars
* Escalating concerns to managers
* Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
* Logging calls and requests on IT systems
* Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits
* Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedure
