Mobile Commercial Plumber
Location; North East London
Ongoing Contract/ Temp to Perm
Salary; £32,000- £35,000 per annum + Van provided
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs
Working on a multi-site Security sensitive contract based in North East London urgently looking for a Commercial Fitter to assist with maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within prestigious buildings based in North East London
Duties for the Mobile Commercial Plumber are as follows;
- Carry out P.P.M/ Reactive, Service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical installations, plant and equipment.
- Attend reactive call out in line with KPI's
- Report into supervisors and Helpdesk frequently
Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU's, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
