Call Centre Team Leader
Based: Reigate
Permanent, Full-Time
30k + Excellent Benefits and optional O/T
Office based Mon-Fri
Experience Team Leader required for a large property maintenance specialist looking to expand the existing team due to rapid recent growth. The Team Leader role is a permanent position, full-time Monday to Friday with shifts alternating from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. For this role, the client are offering a salary of 30k per annum plus 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Experience within a similar role is desirable.
Duties of the successful Call centre team leader will include:- Managing a small team and training them.
- Scheduling engineers appointments to carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
- Liaising with the customers and management on job progress.
- Other general administration.
The clients office are based in Reigate, Surrey with quick access to the local train station, high street.
