Covering Dagenham and surrounding

Our Client is currently looking for a Mobile Plumber to join their Damp & Mould team to cover a Social Housing contract.
Covering multiple domestic properties, handling all aspects of plumbing works.
(Repairs, Maintenance, install, replacements).

Main Responsibilities for the Plumber;

All plumbing works within Domestic Dwellings
Liaising with Tenants/ Residents
Repair/maintenance/service on sanitary ware/showers/shower pumps/ toilets/ kitchen fixtures etc
Ensure completed works are done to a High standard and reported back to site management.
Damp and Mould repair projects

Desirable;

Up to 2 year's experience required
NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
Previous social housing experience essential
Driving Licence essential

Van and Fuel Card provided.
