Voids Inspector

3 months contract
Salary equivalent £40-43k per annum (based on experience)
Our client, a housing maintenance company, is looking for a Voids Inspector, previous experience within Social housing/local authorities is advantageous.
Your duties will include:- Attending properties to ensure works are on par with their required end dates.
- Attending completed works to ensure that the full specification has been completed, in line with the submitted schedule of rates (some experience with schedule of rates would be essential)
- Attending live/completed works to ensure work is to correct quality and standard.
- Ensuring contractors are adhering to correct practices and following Health and Safety Guidelines
You must have your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence, travel expenses will be covered.
