An exciting opportunity for a customer service agent has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Stoke-on Trent area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Duties can include :- Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Booking in Corrective and Planned Maintenance works
- Allocating works to engineers or subcontractors within the system
- Ensuring work orders are completed
- Raising purchase orders
- Monitoring system to ensure all tasks are being managed correctly
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Monitor client portal to ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently
- Monitor shared inbox to ensure we are meeting contract expectations in dispatching jobs
- Ensuring all documents are up to date
The successful candidate may be required to go through a DBS check.
