Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance company are looking for a multi-trader to join their rapidly growing team. Work would consist of going into both void and occupied social housing properties working in areas such as St Albans, Stevenage and North West London. The successful multi-trader should be able to complete the following works:- Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Tiling
- Locks
This role is working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful multi-trader will be subject to a DBS check and should hold a full UK Driving licence.
