Our Client is currently looking for a Mobile Plumber (with part P and/or Unvented) to cover a Social Housing contract.
To deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our client based in Brent area.
Covering multiple domestic properties, handling all aspects of plumbing works.
(Repairs, Maintenance, install, replacements).
Main Responsibilities for the Plumber;- All plumbing works within Domestic Dwellings
- Fitting of bathrooms/kitchens (all fixtures)
- Liaising with Tenants/ Residents
- Repair/maintenance/service on sanitary ware/showers/shower pumps/ toilets/ kitchen fixtures etc
- Ensure completed works are done to a High standard and reported back to site management.
Desirable;- Up to 2 years' experience required
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
- Previous social housing experience essential
- Driving Licence essential
