Working for a rapidly growing Facilities Management provider based in Dartford urgently looking to bring on an experienced Technical Manager within the expanding team.
Must have a Facilities Management/ Construction background focusing strongly within the Drainage sector
Your role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Researching, sourcing and following up possible business opportunities and contacts
- Maintaining business relations with current clients
- Preparing and submitting formal business tenders and proposals
- Keeping up-to-date of current market opportunities and competitors
Networking and gaining places on frameworks. Most of the jobs range from £30k - £100,00Ok can be Install, Refurb or Reactive.
