Maintenance Support Administrator
Location: Harlow
Monday-Friday - Full Time 8am-5pm
Permanent
Salary £24-28k (Depending on experience)
We are working with our client to find a maintenance administrator to join the team. We are looking for someone who can work within a team and meet strict deadlines. The candidate would ideally have a maintenance/housing background with problem solving skills and have a great customer service attitude.
Main responsibilities (Not limited to)
- Arranging appointments, scheduling work in with Clients and tenants.
- Manage reactive changes and amendments on behalf of client's requirements/ requests.
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Working towards SLAs
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Liaising daily with senior management of updates/ queries
- Updating internal systems/ database
- Attend monthly and quarterly meetings.
