Circa £53,000 per annum
Our client who is a large building maintenance company working on a social housing contract are looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor, to join their rapidly growing team.
This role consists of going into occupied homes to Carry out property inspections, diagnose damp, mould and disrepair causes, specify remediation and repairs, and manage works through to completion in social housing properties.
Duties:
- Project manage damp, mould and disrepair works from inception through to completion including diagnosing, specifying, procuring, and monitoring.
- Undertake contractor administration duties as required including reviewing Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Works, Specifications, and all contract documentation, ensuring that these comply with the project brief and timescales, budget estimates, all relevant legislation, health and safety regulations and policies.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customers are informed of progress at all stages, the works offer excellent customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate would:
- Hold a professional qualification in a relevant technical discipline, or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role.
- Have NEBOSH/IOSH qualification.
- Have excellent technical knowledge in all areas of domestic property maintenance.
The successful Candidate must provide us with details for a DBS check. Also, a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
