Compliance Advisor
Location- Teddington
Salary- Circa £30,400 per annum

Our client is looking for a Compliance Advisor, previous experience within M&E or repairs, Social housing/local authorities is advantageous.
The role involves tasks such as;- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organised, the ability to prioritise work, and pay attention to detail.
- Work with contractors and the Gas Compliance Manager to provide SMART management information reporting, including overdue trend analysis, remedial works job volumes, and expenditure.
- Gather evidence to assist in the preparation of court injunction packs. Attend court and represent the client for the arrangement of access into properties.
- Work with contractors and the Gas Compliance Manager to provide SMART management information reporting, including overdue trend analysis, remedial works job volumes, and expenditure.
- Visit our homes with contractors to enforce court injunction access.
Skills and experience required;- working in a similar role in M&E or repairs
- Delivering exceptional standards of customer service, being super organised and accurate
- demonstrating inclusive behaviours, respecting and embracing difference and listening to other people's unique perspective.
- being highly self-motivated with the ability to work without close supervision
