Customer Service Advisor

Location- Teddington

Salary- Circa £26,064 per annum

4-6 month fixed term contract

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor, previous experience within repairs/maintenance/ Social housing/local authorities is advantageous.

The role involves tasks such as;

    • Resolve customer queries, owning queries
      from start to finish across all channels:
      phone, email, social media and webchat.
    • Raise customer repairs, making sure they're
      prioritised where necessary.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
      by providing advice and guidance on
      a range of issues, making referrals and
      signposting.
    • Help customers with payments and basic
      queries relating to charges, invoices and
      rent service charges, signposting where
      appropriate to other teams.
    • Work collaboratively with other teams to
      write to customers about our service.

Skills and experience required;

  • For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organised, the ability to prioritise work, and pay attention to detail.
