Project Administrator
Location- Wakefield
Temp - Perm
Salary - up to £25,500 per annum
Monday to Friday - 37.5-hour week - 8-4 or 9-5
Our client is looking for a project administrator to join the team. This role will involve a great deal of Co-ordinating between the client point of contact and the Projects team. You will be required to updated databases, raise of Purchase Orders, Chasing Quotations, tracking progression of projects through to the invoicing stage.
Duties for the administrator:To provide administration support
Compile quotations
Liaise with client, suppliers, engineers etc.
Create po's, review invoices, arrange credit notes etc.
Arrange works and schedule engineers.
Drafting correspondence, reports and confidential documents.
Support KPI process
Collate documents for monthly review meetings.
Ensuring compliance procedures for H & S
Ensure routine correspondence is replied to in a timely manner.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
