Reactive Repairs Field Manager required for a large domestic plumbing specialist. The ideal field manager will be capable of developing and driving over 20 plumbers on a patch that covers most of Hampshire and parts of the neighbouring counties. A plumbing bias would be desired but other technical backgrounds would also be considered.
A large part of the role is to train new staff, get the best out of the experienced members of the team and attend the more challenging jobs but you will also need to be commercially astute and able to report on figures, monitor KPI's, and report to senior management weekly. The role is very much field based, working closely with the existing labour day to day.
