Building Services Engineer
Location- Stevenage
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week
Salary from £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience
Temp to perm / perm
An excellent opportunity for a Building Services Engineer working for an established facilities management companies on one of their high profile contracts. Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments
Duties as the Static Building Services Engineer will include:
- Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
- Check and inspection of building fabric/electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
- Respond to re-active works.
- Working in environments to include clean rooms, offices, factory settings and plant rooms
- Needs to be a reasonable distance from site in order to attend callout every 1 in 4 after initial training is complete.
