Handyperson (Static Site)
Location; Petersfield
Temp approx. 3 months (could be longer)
Monday - Friday- 8am - 4pm
Salary - £13ph
Leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company are looking for an Handyperson to assist with maintenance on a high profile site.
Duties requested of a Handyperson:- Carry out Reactive maintenance work
- Building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
- Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
- Keep workspace clean and tidy including storage areas.
