We are looking for and experienced Repairs / Maintenance Supervisor for a busy social housing contract based in East London.
The main duties for the Repairs / Maintenance Supervisor (but not limited to):
- Lead a team of engineers to carry out PPM's/ reactive tasks
- Report and manage Timesheets/ overtime for managers authorisation
- To ensure all works are delivered using a safe systems of work and within H&S guidelines at all times.
- Ensue all engineers PPE is up to date and safe.
- Ensure tool box talks are carried out.
- To oversee and manage complaints through to a successful resolution.
- To provide regular and timely monthly operative performance and productivity reports.
