Contract Administrator
West Byfleet
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm - 37.5 hour week
Up to £26,000 per annum dependent of experience.
Temp to perm/permanent
An exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator has arisen working on a high profile contract based within the West Byfleet area for a leading facilities management company
Duties:
- Raising Purchase orders/ invoices / reports
- Update and maintain documentation and records
- Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Respond and action emails in a timely and professional manner
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Collating and submitting HR documentation
- Tracking and submission of security clearance documents
- Arranging training courses for team as appropriate
- Updating training records
- Keeping records of health and safety training
- Tracking of IT requests from team
- Recording annual leave and sickness
- General administration
- Check allocations for engineers - day and night works, ensuring all supplies are in order
- Logging requests
- Cross check all assignments, to ensure all rejections are covered
- Respond to all suppliers/client/contractors emails and file accordingly
- Chase up outstanding reports from engineers, clients and
- Working on Plannon scheduling workbench
- Working towards SLAs
- Prioritizing urgent jobs
- Running of status reports
- Chasing up of parts from suppliers
- Preparing and distributing reports.
- Provide service to internal and external clients.
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Manage the completion process once works are carried out
- Ensure compliance and procedures are followed as directed
