Up to £9.65 Per Hour
40-hour week - Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity for a Call Handler has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Stoke-on Trent area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Duties can include :
- Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Booking in Maintenance works
- Allocating Corrective and Planned Maintenance works to engineers or subcontractors
- Raising purchase orders
- Monitoring CAFM system to ensure all tasks are being managed correctly
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Monitor client portal to ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently
A level of clearance would be required for a successful candidate
