Static Commercial Plumber
Location; Bristol
Hours; Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Salary; up to £33,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Temp to Perm
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a high profile contract based in Bristol.
The Commercial Plumber will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on Mechanical/ Commercial Plumbing plant equipment They must have a full working knowledge of AHU's, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
Duties for the Commercial Plumber
- Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage, Pneumatic systems
- Good understanding of BMS control
- Ventilation - VAV systems, Air Handling Units and Air Conditioning
- Completing repairs, maintenance and installs of ducts
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems
- Asbestos awareness
- Complete work sheets and compliance paperwork
Qualifications
- C&G Engineer/Maintenance levels 1-3
- C&G Heating & Ventilation and advance level 3
- C&G Mechanical Engineering levels 1-3
- Equivalent NVQ accepted
A level of security clearance would be required if successful.
