Price Work (1-3 bed properties varying from £240 - £815)
We are looking for x4 void multi-traders to be based on a contract in St Albans for a medium size maintenance company with several housing maintenance contracts in the South East.
All the works being completed would be in void properties carrying out either minor, medium or major works. All works are price based with the client looking for reliable and hardworking multi trade pairs (or singles happy to be paired) ideal multi traders will have experience of working on void properties to a clean and tidy standard within a 1 week turnaround.
Works for this role would include plumbing, plastering, carpentry, tiling and painting and decorating.
The successful void multi-trader should have their own van and tools and could start at short notice subject to DBS checks.
