Resident Liaison Officer
£10.00 per hour
Covering patches around M23 & East Sussex
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Temporary contract for 12 weeks
Vehicle & fuel card provided
Our Client, a reputable housing association, is looking for a temporary Resident Liaison Officer to join their busy team working on patches covering East Sussex & M23 Corridor. Your duties as a Resident Liaison Officer will include;- Managing properties
- Having health and safety awareness issues
- Improvements programme is carried out in occupied properties
- Arrange access to premises with minimum disruption
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and clients
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and customer care
- Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted work flow
- Maintain records on our client IT systems and produce reports
- Record resident satisfaction levels
- Liaise with site staff and clients
- Visiting residents whilst works are in progress and dealing with any issues/concerns immediately in order to stop escalation avoid complaints
- Carry out administration duties such as start date letters
- Pre-entry visits and company inductions
- Collect tenancy agreement approval forms
- Visiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
- Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems queries that tenants may have
- Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
- Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
- Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction
