Administrator required for large housing maintenance specialist for around 6-8 weeks of admin support to an existing and well established team. Suitable administrators must have at least intermediate MS skills for word, Excel and outlook and the ability to learn in-house user friendly computer system to track property repair info and help with reporting data and other general admin tasks. the ideal administrator will also have some experience of working for building maintenance companies and will be comfortable with taking and making calls to people about repairs on their property.
