Part Time Mobile Handyperson
Location; Cardiff
Temp to perm
24 hours per week
Salary up to £15,000 per annum
Our client is looking for a Handyperson to join their team on part time hours to assist with the maintenance of the sites.A driving licence would be required for this role.
A level of clearance would be required for this role.
Duties requested of a Mobile Handyperson:- Minor building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
- Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
