Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
Location - Kent
Monday to Friday - 40 hours + (on call rota 1 in 5)
Salary up to £37,000 (depending on experience)
Temp to Permanent
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on a contract based within Kent county Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments.
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include (not limited to):
- Check and inspection including ppm's of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..
- Respond to re-active works & possible improvements needed
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E building services
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in correct timeframes
- Assist with any handyman duties on site should it be required
Electrical Qualifications
- Level 3 minimum electrical qualification
- 17th/18th Edition
OR
Mechanical Qualifications
- Level 3 minimum mechanical qualification or level 2 heating and ventilation
