Handyperson / Caretaker

Location - Kingston Hill/Surbiton - 2 weeks on one location and then 2 weeks on the other

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week

Shifts - 8am to 4:30pm one week and 10:30am to 19:00pm the other week.

Salary up to £12.50ph / £26,000 per annum

An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Henderson/ Caretaker to work within their locations in Kingston Hill and Surbiton

Main Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
  • Admin duties such as cleaning rotas/holiday organisation/ audits
  • Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
  • Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
  • Janitorial duties & ensuring cleaning is always to a high standard
  • Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible
  • Litter picking
  • Fire Alarm Monitoring
  • Electrical appliances checks in flats
  • Plant room safety checks
  • Legionella Flushing
  • Emergency Lighting Test
  • Stock take and cleaning of Maintenance stores
  • Fire extinguishers checks on site

You will be required to go through security vetting if successful in the application process
