Voids Area Manager
Locations - London/Kent Area
Temp to perm/ perm
Up to £60k plus company vehicle
We are recruiting urgently for a Voids Area Manager to be based local to London to manage the London/ Kent and surrounding areas. This role is to be a part of the housing response contract.
This role will involve:
- Working on the Maintenance and Refurbishment of Void Properties across London / Kent -
- SITE office Kingston - will involve travelling to locations from Windsor across to Folkestone with adhoc WFH option.
- This role will be responsible for the Client Management - Performance , Audits, Complaint handling and performance monitoring .
- Overseeing the Man Management of 32 + heads as well as Sub Contractors
Requirements:
- Experience within a housing management environment
- Driving Licence
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
