Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a healthcare contract based in Birmingham
The successful candidate will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on Mechanical/ Commercial plant equipment. They must have a full working knowledge of AHU's, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
Duties for the Commercial Plumber
- Carrying out PPM's and reactive work
- Testing and Fault Finding
- Experience with FCU's, VAV systems, Air Handling Units and Air Conditioning
- Completing repairs, maintenance and installs of ducts
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems
- Complete work sheets and compliance paperwork
Desirable Qualifications
- C&G Engineer/Maintenance levels 1-3
- C&G Heating & Ventilation and advance level 3
- C&G Mechanical Engineering levels 1-3
- Equivalent NVQ accepted
A level of security would be required should you be successful.
