Location; Woolwich
Salary - £40,000 per annum
Temp to Perm

Electrician required for a large facilities Maintenance company to start ASAP on a security sensitive contract in Woolwich on a Commercial static site. Responding to reactive and planned jobs around site. The bulk of the work will involve Emergency lighting testing/ fitting & general electrical installs.

• The candidate will need up to date qualifications (18th edition) with at least Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent.
• Commercial experience is favourable.
• Fault find / carry out repairs / replacement/ upgrade works
• Understand design drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, manufacturers specifications and instructions
• Knowledge of PPM's & reactive repairs of all maintenance equipment
• L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc may be required when necessary
• Complete relevant paperwork required
• Follow H&S procedures and ensure company standards are met
