Ashford, Surrey
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (Flexible hours may be possible)
£12.00 - £13.00 ph + holiday accrual
Successful, independent recruitment agency is looking for an administrator to join their busy team.
Full training will be provided to the individual but strong administration and system skills are required.
Job role will include:
- Putting contractors through a detailed reference check
- Taking on training on a clocking in system
- Being responsible of the occupational health procedures
- Keeping excel spreadsheets updated
- Feeling comfortable calling companies to chase reference responses
- Assisting contractors with referencing checks
