Repairs Surveyor
Permanent
Circa £41,240 per annum
Based in South West LondonOur client is looking for a repairs surveyor, previous experience within Surveying/ Building maintenance/ Social housing/ Project Management would be advantageous
Repairs Surveyor Responsibilities
- carry out technical surveys on properties and advise accordingly.
- carry out inspections, prioritising and progressing remedial actions and making sure customers are kept informed.
- respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
- work collaboratively with colleagues by providing technical support and guidance, helping with challenging repair issues.
- report on performance, managing KPIs.
- manage delivery of works and major repairs projects to a high standard, supervising works and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Skills and experience required;
- A relevant technical qualification, e.G., Hnd in surveying related subject.
- Being self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
- Demonstrating great interpersonal skills to build confident, collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders including building contractors, suppliers, consultants, health & safety specialists and customers.
- It would blow us away if you had a Degree in a surveying-related subject or Combined repairs and estate management experience.
